Jesse Goode is a justice sector and judicial reforms expert. He has over 30 years of courtroom experience as an expert Administrative Law Judge, Trial Attorney, and General Counsel for a large government agency. Jesse was Judge for 12 years presiding over more than 1,000 evidentiary hearings. He practiced as Trial Attorney for over 18 years litigating complex class action lawsuits, family cases, and common-law torts.

Jesse is a licensed attorney in Washington, DC. His areas of expertise include training and management services for governments, court systems, civil society organizations, and non-governmental organizations. He is highly skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring justice sector reforms to develop and strengthen the rule of law, and civil society strategies.

Jesse has completed judicial ethics, legal writing, advanced trial practices and evidence programs at the U.S. National Judicial College; he was certified as a Mediator by the University of Maryland and is a Member of the ACE Practitioner's Network.
